4月30日消息，扬州金融监管分局行政处罚信息公开表披露的一则处罚信息，在扬州金融圈激起千层浪。中信银行股份有限公司扬州分行因员工行为管理存在严重漏洞，被监管部门处以40万元罚款，时任营业部客户经理季杰也因同一问题被禁止从事银行业工作长达9年。
