珈伟新能4月30日公告，公司控股股东阜阳泉赋企业管理有限责任公司（简称“阜阳泉赋”）近日收到深圳证监局下发的《警示函》。阜阳泉赋承诺以自有资金增持不低于6000万元珈伟新能股票。截至此次增持计划届满，阜阳泉赋未增持珈伟新能股票。深圳证监局决定对阜阳泉赋采取出具警示函的监管措施。
