4月22日，巴里克黄金公司宣布，其美国子公司已与Paulson Advisers LLC关联方及NOVAGOLD Resources Inc.达成协议，以10亿美元现金出售位于阿拉斯加的Donlin金矿项目所持有的50%权益。交易预计将于2025年第二季度末或第三季度初完成。
