北京商报讯（记者 孔文燮）4月21日，奥瑞金披露公告称，截至本公告出具日，公司已完成以现金方式收购中粮包装全部已发行股份（要约人及其一致行动人持有的股份除外）。4月22日上午9时起，中粮包装股份将正式撤销于香港联交所的上市地位，从香港联交所退市。
