4月11日，满载纺织品、机械配件等货物的“中吉乌-阿”铁公联运国际班列，从甘肃（兰州）国际陆港缓缓驶离，开往阿富汗海拉顿。“中吉乌-阿”铁公联运国际班列自兰州出发，抵达新疆喀什后，将换装汽车运输从伊尔克什坦口岸出境，最终到达阿富汗海拉顿。
