财联社4月3日电，国泰君安(601211.SH)公告，2025年4月3日，公司完成公司名称、注册资本等事项的市场主体变更登记手续，并取得了上海市市场监督管理局换发的《营业执照》。公司名称由“国泰君安证券股份有限公司”变更为“国泰海通证券股份有限公司”。后续，公司将向上海证券交易所、香港联合交易所有限公司申请变更公司A股、H股证券简称。
