4月1日，北京市住建委数据显示，北京3月住宅成交成上扬趋势。其中，3月新建商品房住宅累计网签4850套，环比上涨111%，同比上涨36%。二手房住宅累计网签19234套，环比上涨62%，同比上涨35%，网签面积约173.55万平方米。
