3月31日，赛力斯发布公告称，公司于2025年3月30日召开董事会和监事会，审议通过发行H股股票并在中国香港联合交易所有限公司上市的议案。公司拟通过发行境外上市外资股股票，在中国香港联交所主板挂牌上市。
赛力斯2024全年实现营业收入1451.76亿元，同比增长305.04%，实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润59.46亿元；新能源汽车销量42.69万辆，同比增长182.84%。公司拟向全体股东每股派发现金红利0.97元（含税）
