人民财讯3月27日电，中超控股(002471)3月27日晚间公告，公司控股孙公司江苏中超航宇精铸科技有限公司近期与上海交通大学（简称“上海交大”）签订了《精铸工艺智能化项目合作协议》。双方将共同开展航空航天高温合金材料精密铸造技术研究，研发数字化与虚拟铸造技术以降本增效，设计精密铸造数据采集方案并合作开发智能化技术，同时探索蜡模防变形智能化技术。
