京能清洁能源发布公告，于2025年3月24日，京能集团、本公司、京能电力及京能财务（目标公司）之间订立增资协议，据此，目标公司的注册资本将从人民币50亿元增加到人民币100亿元，其中，京能集团认购人民币30亿元，公司认购人民币10亿元，京能电力认购人民币10亿元。建议认购完成后，京能集团、公司、京能电力持有目标公司的股权比例分别维持60%、20%及20%不变。
