浙江省政府办公厅印发《大力提振和扩大消费专项行动实施方案》提出，丰富户外运动产品及服务种类，鼓励发展包括教练、导游、装备租赁销售和保险等在内的户外运动服务体系。2025年，举办国际级体育赛事30场以上、国家级体育赛事200场以上、省市级赛事1000场以上，打造体育服务综合体10个以上，新增便民体育场地、设施1万个，实现城市社区“10分钟健身圈”全覆盖。
