智通财经APP讯，中国环境资源(01130)发布公告，有关根据公司于2015年11月11日采纳的购股权计划向集团15名合资格人士要约授出合共2960.46万份购股权，以供按初始行使价0.3港元认购合共2960.46万股股份。于本公布日期，概无购股权获任何承授人接纳。
于2025年2月17日，董事会决议取消授出要约，此后相关购股权将不再可供接纳，且不会向承授人授出任何相关购股权。
