财中社2月12日电 郑州银行（002936/06196）发布公告，2025年2月12日，公司第八届董事会召开了2025年第二次临时会议，审议通过了关于聘任公司首席风险官的议案。会议决定聘任潘峰为首席风险官，任职资格需经国家金融监督管理总局河南监管局核准后方可正式履职。
