财联社1月20日电，午后深科技涨停，寒武纪、和林微纳、大为股份、必易微、翱捷科技等多股涨超5%。华安证券研报指出，我国启动成熟制程反倾销调查，将有希望减少美国半导体对国内的低价倾销行为，缓解市场对海外半导体扩产冲击国内竞争格局的担忧，利好国内模拟芯片以及自主晶圆产能建设。
