1月17日金融消息，中国人民银行扬州市分行公示的行政处罚决定显示，江苏扬州农村商业银行股份有限公司因未按规定履行客户身份识别义务，被处以47万元罚款。该行网络金融部总经理李某及运营管理部总经理冯某，对上述违规行为负有直接责任，分别被罚款1万元。
