当地时间1月15日，一艘参与驻日美军边野古基地施工建设的船只当天在海上作业时发生漏油，可能是船只上设备的液压油泄漏，但具体原因和漏油量不明。
据称，漏出的油已被船上工作人员回收处理。截至当天傍晚，没有发现周围区域受到污染的情况。（总台报道员 柏春洋）
