美芯晟1月14日公告，公司实际控制人、董事长、总经理CHENG BAOHONG提议公司以超募资金通过集中竞价的方式回购公司公开发行的普通股(A股)股份，并在未来适宜时机用于实施员工持股计划及/或股权激励。回购资金总额不低于2500万元，不超过5000万元。
