1月5日下午桐城市公安局吕亭派出所接到黄女士求助，称其母亲走失希望派出所帮忙寻找。民警迅速开展工作，一组负责调取监控展开追踪；另一组负责在关键路段开展实地查找工作，并出动无人机用热成像仪全力寻找，于晚上七点左右找到老人，所幸老人平安无恙。
