美国威斯康星州税务局1月6日发布声明称，鸿海通过子公司FEWI Development在该州芒特普莱森特获得20英亩土地，土地价值近490万美元。鸿海未透露关于土地的具体规划。
芒特普莱森特方面表示，正履行几年前与鸿海达成的开发协议，“协议包括承诺在鸿海提出要求时转让部分财产的所有权”。
