财中社12月24日电 海利尔（603639）发布关于证券事务代表辞去职务的公告。公告指出，证券事务代表卢红领因工作调整，已向公司董事会递交辞任报告，该辞任自送达董事会之日起生效。辞任后，卢红领将继续在公司其他岗位任职。
2024年前三季度，海利尔实现收入32.14亿元，归母净利润1.96亿元。
