格隆汇11月7日丨新城悦服务(01755.HK)宣布，尤建峰因在集团的工作安排变动不再担任公司联席公司秘书，自2024年11月7日起生效。于辞任联席公司秘书后，尤建峰将继续于公司担任其他职务。
于尤建峰辞任联席公司秘书后，陈鹏已获委任为联席公司秘书，自2024年11月7日起生效。伍秀薇将继续担任另一名联席公司秘书。
