2024年10月24日，博世动力与江铃集团在南昌签署合资协议，双方计划成立合资公司，共同开发和销售轻型商用车电驱桥系统。计划中的合资公司的注册资本为5亿元人民币(6300万欧元)，其中博世动力持股60%，江铃持股40%。新成立的公司将主要负责轻型商用车电驱桥系统的开发、应用、生产、销售和服务。
