日前，精华制药集团股份有限公司（以下简称精华制药）发布公告称，公司拟出售江苏金丝利药业股份有限公司（以下简称金丝利药业）18.6%股权，交易金额约4800万元。交易完成后，精华制药将不再持有金丝利药业股权。
公告称，如本次交易在2024年度全部完成，根据测算，精华制药在2024年度将实现投资收益800多万元。
