观点网讯：10月22日，广汽菲克管理人宣布，广汽菲克长沙工厂于今日启动第四次挂网拍卖，起拍价定为11.03亿元，较上一次流拍价下调10%，保证金为1亿元人民币，公示期为15天。
此次拍卖是继前三次公开拍卖均因缺乏竞拍者而流拍后的又一次尝试。
