观点网讯：10月14日，深圳六家银行宣布批量调整存量房贷利率，以响应市场变化并减轻购房者的负担。
此次调整涉及深圳农商银行、华商银行、大新银行等六家地方法人银行，调整内容包括深圳地区首套住房贷款及非深圳地区住房贷款利率在LPR基础上的加点幅度批量调整为-30BP，深圳地区二套住房贷款利率加点幅度调整为-5BP，新利率均于当日生效。
