财联社9月27日电，亨通光电公告，公司拟与厦门源峰签署《股份转让协议》，收购其持有的亨通华海4250万股股份，占亨通华海总股本的7.8223%，交易金额6.06亿元。本次交易完成后，公司对亨通华海的持股比例上升至72.0856%。
