近日，长春市卫生健康委官网发布一批卫生行政处罚案件信息公示，其中吉林省一汽总医院未按规定封存病历资料，违反了《医疗纠纷预防和处理条例》第二十四条第一款；依据《医疗纠纷预防和处理条例》第四十七条第（七）项，被处以警告并罚款人民币1万元。
