9月11日，澳大利亚房地产门户网站REA Group表示其56亿英镑（73亿美元）的收购要约被英国同行Rightmove拒绝。REA表示，此次股票加现金的收购要约对Rightmove的估值为每股7.05英镑，Rightmove的股东每股可换得3.05英镑现金加上0.0381股REA新股。
