格隆汇9月9日丨江波龙(301308.SZ)在投资者互动平台表示，公司子公司元成苏州具备晶圆高堆叠封装（HBM技术涉及的一部分）的量产能力，但目前无法生产HBM。公司将保持对该技术的持续关注，并在产品应用层面上提前开展相关的研发布局工作。
