【杭州二手房市场8月成交下滑，新增房源与客源量双降】杭州贝壳研究院最新数据显示，8月杭州市区二手房成交6688套，环比7月减少19.8%，但同比去年8月仍增长24.6%。数据显示，8月平台新增房源量环比下降1.2%，新增客源量环比减少3.7%。带看量方面，继7月环比下滑14.7%后，8月再降5.7%，显示购房者看房意愿持续减弱。
