8月30日，国泰航空在港交所公告，董事局宣布，张卓平已辞任公司非常务董事，及邓健荣已获委任为公司非常务董事，上述辞任及委任于2024年9月1日起生效。邓健荣，现年65岁，为香港太古集团有限公司及中国国际货运航空股份有限公司董事。
