原侵华日军731部队少年兵清水英男在结束哈尔滨谢罪之旅后，回到日本长野县并于8月26日举行记者会。清水英男说，时隔79年重回731部队旧址，往日如地狱般的场景再次浮现在眼前，为过去731部队的所作所为，他心情沉重，深感悔恨。他表示，希望通过这次的忏悔之行，能够让日本政府正视过去的侵略历史，让日本社会认清历史真相。
