财联社8月15日电，俄罗斯国家航天集团网站15日发布称，莫斯科时间15日6时20分（北京时间11时20分），“进步MS-28”货运飞船搭乘“联盟-2.1a”运载火箭从哈萨克斯坦境内的拜科努尔航天发射场升空，随后成功进入预定轨道。预计飞船将于17日与国际空间站的俄罗斯舱段“星辰”号服务舱对接。
