英国竞争和市场管理局（CMA）8月12日表示，正调查新思科技350亿美元收购工业软件公司Ansys的交易是否会影响英国市场的竞争。
CMA称，允许相关方提交有关该交易可能对英国竞争产生影响的初步意见。该机构表示，尚未对该交易展开正式调查。
今年1月，新思科技宣布将以350亿美元的现金和股票收购Ansys。该交易预计将于2025年上半年完成，但须获得股东和监管部门的批准。
