经东亚及太平洋地区中央银行行长会议组织（Executives’ Meeting of East Asia and Pacific Central Banks, 以下简称EMEAP）第66届副手级会议提名，并经EMEAP第29届行长会议批准，中国人民银行于7月15日当选为EMEAP支付与市场基础设施工作组（Working Group on Payments and Market Infrastructures，以下简称WGPMI）主席，澳大利亚储备银行和香港金融管理局当选为WGPMI副主席，任期两年。（央行网站）
