学校简介

香港中文大学（深圳）是一所经教育部批准，参照中外合作办学条例设立，传承香港中文大学的办学理念和学术体系的大学。学校以创建一所立足中国、面向世界的一流研究型大学为己任，致力于培养具有国际视野、中华传统和社会担当的创新型高层次人才。

申请条件与要求

1、年龄不超过35周岁；

2、已获得博士学位，毕业不超过3年；

3、全职从事博士后研究工作，在站时间一般为两年；

4、未申请过广东省或深圳市博士后在站生活补贴。

待遇与工作条件

1、与大学签订合同，享受五险一金等福利，具体薪酬请与课题组联系确认;

2、享受大学博士后校级津贴（5万元/年，不超过2年）；

3、申请享受广东省及深圳市博士后生活补助（税前21万元/年，不超过2年），以政府最新政策为准；与2022年4月发布的“深圳市新引进博士人才生活补贴”不重复享受；

4、鼓励符合条件者申请各类基金项目、人才补贴、科研补助：

About the University

The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen)was founded in accordance with the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools upon approval by the Ministry of Education. It strives to explore a new path of higher education featured by strong connections to both China and the world. It is CUHK-Shenzhen’s mission to cultivate innovative talents with a global perspective, Chinese cultural traditions and social responsibilities.

In terms of academic development, the university has consistently upheld talent cultivation as its fundamental mission, adhered to the standards of constructing a world-class research university, and integrated into national development. After 10 years of development, the university's disciplinary construction has gradually improved, and it currently consists ofsix schools: School of Management & Economics、School of Science & Engineering、School of Humanities & Social Science、School of Medicine、School of Data Science、School of Music, as well as aGraduate School. Guided by innovation-driven principles and oriented towards serving the nation and promoting innovation and development in the Greater Bay Area, the university focuses on fields such as Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Data Science and Big Data, Biomedicine, Material Energy, Economics and Finance, Public Policy, Humanities, and Arts. It actively establishes an international scientific and technological innovation platform, assembling85 researchand innovation platforms at all levelsincluding national engineering laboratories, key laboratories in Guangdong Province, and the Shenzhen Nobel Prize Research Institute. Withover 1200 research projects undertakenand 11 innovative teams recognized at the provincial and municipal levels, the university has produced a series of high-quality research outcomes, including papers published in prestigious journals like Nature and Science.

Postdoctoral Recruitment Introduction

In 2023,three postdoctoral research mobile stationsof CUHK-Shenzhen has been successfully getting approved, namelyComputer Science and Technology, Materials Science and Engineering, and Applied Economics, which is also the first time that a Chinese-foreign cooperative university has been approved for postdoctoral research mobile stations. Previously, CUHK-Shenzhen has recruited more than 300 postdoctoral fellows through the provincial and municipal innovation practice base.

Qualifications & Requirements

1.Under the age of 35.

2.Have obtained a PhD degree, less than 3 years after graduation.

3.An average two-year full time appointment term.

4.Have never applied Guangdong or Shenzhen Postdoctoral subsidy.

Remuneration, Terms and Benefits

1.Insurance and housing fund upon signing of contract with CUHK-Shenzhen. Please contact the research group for specific salary;

2.University postdoctoral subsidy (50,000 RMB/year, up to 2 year duration);

3.Guangdong&Shenzhen Postdoctoral subsidy of 210,000 RMB/year (Before Tax, up to 2 year duration) , Please subject to the most recent policy; It is mutually exclusive with the "Living Allowance for newly introduced Doctoral Talents in Shenzhen" issued in April 2022;

4.Research funds, subsidies and compensations applicable:
