6月28日，据工商银行消息，中国工商银行与泰国盘谷银行近日签署跨境人民币账户及CIPS资金托管协议，正式成为盘谷银行跨境人民币资金托管行。这是工商银行首次为境外金融同业提供跨境人民币资金托管服务。
