财联社3月12日电，雅化集团公告，公司与澳大利亚锂矿生产商Pilbara MineralsLtd.（简称“Pilbara”）的全资子公司Pilgangoora Operations PtyLtd.（简称“Pilgangoora”）签订了《锂辉石精矿承购协议》，公司将在2024年至2026年期间向Pilgangoora采购锂辉石精矿。根据本协议约定，Pilgangoora2024年向公司供应锂辉石精矿2-8万吨，2025年至2026年期间每年均向公司供应锂辉石精矿10-16万吨。
