观点网讯：3月7日，观点新媒体获悉，蚂蚁集团旗下的Antfin出售印度餐饮外卖平台Zomato的2.1%股权，即约1.76亿股，价值3.415亿美元。
数据显示，Antfin减持的每股价格介乎160.11-160.4卢比，而此次售股中，摩根士丹利买入约5680万股。截至去年12月底，Antfin仍持有Zomato逾6%股权。
2023年11月，支付宝以近4亿美元的价格出售印度外卖企业Zomato约3.4%的股份。2022年11月，支付宝通过大宗交易出售至多2.629亿股Zomato股票，总价值约2亿美元。在这之前，阿里巴巴通过其两家子公司支付宝和蚂蚁金服持有印度外卖独角兽Zomato约13%的股份。
