• What we realized there is that the biggest difference between the LLM written summaries and the human written summaries is that the human written summaries contain subtle contextual knowledge that the LLM cannot possibly have had.
• One of the reasons why I originally started Oscar because I thought it is just so juicy and interesting to be able to be an insurance company and try to affect these financial outcomes.
• And one of the things that we put in there, and I was excited about how excited everybody else was about this, is a lot of positivity around AI solutions. And really saying AI and generative AI in particular can democratize analytics in an organization, you know, more people can use it.
• This is really systems design. It's almost like less about the prompts, I would say. It's more about the as you yourself said, how you chain them together. What's the first call? What's the second call? What's the third call? That stuff I think is the most powerful and there's a good amount of So I think the idea of prompting GPT-4 to generate its own way of looking at the medical records in the literature would be sort of in this self-consistency area.
• Doctors are probably the most The most computerized profession we have in some sense, not just computerized because they use computers, but their brains are the most computerized.
• And now, as you said, these individual coverage HRAs, the ICRA opportunity, There is nothing bigger in healthcare in the last, I think, 40 years than this thing because I really think that will be the thing that will make the employer markets, which is 150 million Americans, completely migrate over into the individual markets.
