智通财经APP讯，朗诗绿色管理(00106)公布，于2024年1月8日，公司非全资附属Landsea Homes拟向Tommy Mc Aden、Lisa Mc Aden及Mc Aden Enterprises, Inc.收购Antares Acquisition, LLC全部已发行股权，基础购买价为1.85亿美元。公司已申请股份自2024年2月2日上午9点起复牌。
于交割后，目标公司将成为Landsea Homes的全资附属公司，其业绩将于该公司业绩综合入账。
公告称，收购事项使公司能够战略性地将其品牌扩展到达拉斯╱沃斯堡地区，并加强其于美国经济型优质住宅市场的份额。
据悉，目标公司为于达拉斯-沃斯堡地区的私营建筑商，专注于规格战略，针对入门级及升级产品。
