赣能股份1月22日公告，公司全资子公司江西赣能智慧能源有限公司（简称“赣能智慧”）于2022年11月成立全资子公司上高赣能新能源有限公司（简称“上高赣能新能源”），董事会审议同意上高赣能新能源投资建设上高县徐家渡镇万坑赣能50MW农（渔）光互补光伏发电项目，项目计划总投资约2.01亿元，并按照资本金占总投资25%投入比例需求，同意由赣能智慧对上高赣能新能源增加注册资本至1.78亿元。
