1月17日，中国中铁（601390.SH）公布了2023年第四季度主要经营数据。
公告显示，在房地产开发经营方面，公司2023年10-12月新增土地储备50.1万平方米，同比减少38.4%；开工面积为132.1万平方米，同比减少41.0%。竣工面积为256万平方米，同比减少9.6%。签约面积为117.7万平方米，同比减少18.7%；签约金额为225.86亿元，同比减少7.4%。（澎湃新闻记者 李晓青）
