Happy、go和lucky这三个单词我们简直太熟悉，那你知道被两个连字符连在一起的happy-go-lucky是什么意思吗？

连字符不可以省略的happy-go-lucky其实是一个形容词，意思是“乐天的，无忧无虑的”。就比如下图：
虽然happy-go-lucky听起来像个口语词汇，但其实并非如此。而与happy-go-lucky意思相同的英语词汇carefree，指“无忧无虑的；无牵挂的”。
还记得你那无忧无虑的学生时代吗？这句话用英语这么说：

1. luck out是句美式英语口语，它的意思并不是说运气没了，而恰恰相反，luck out指的是“十分走运”！

2. just my luck!这句口语也并不是在表示我走运了，反而是指“真倒霉”。
例句：They sold the last ticket five minutes before I got there - just my luck!

3. push your luck倒是与运气无关，这个短语是表示“愚蠢冒险；得寸进尺”。
