当地时间11月30日，7-11国际有限责任公司已就收购7-11澳大利亚公司达成协议。作为协议的一部分，7-11国际将以17.1亿澳元现金收购7-11澳大利亚100%股份。7-11澳大利亚在当地经营着751家门店，是7-11的长期特许经营商；该公司自1977年以来一直由Withers和Barlow家族经营，每年处理2.5亿笔交易，在企业和特许经营网络中拥有9000多名员工。
