北京时间11月18日晚9时3分，当地时间早7时3分，美国太空探索技术公司（SpaceX公司）于德克萨斯州博卡奇卡进行第二次“星舰”（Starship）重型运载火箭的无人飞行测试，火箭已经发射升空，33台发动机均正确启动。然而，在一级火箭达到工作时序后，二级火箭发生故障，火箭失去联系。目前SpaceX公司已经官宣火箭发射失败。
