10月29日，由中交四公局承建的中国城乡总部大楼上，随着T1塔楼屋面层梁板最后一方混凝土的顺利浇筑，这座188米的双子塔楼主楼迎来主体结构封顶，成为武汉经开区现有最高建筑。建成后，该座超高层5A甲级写字楼将成为央企中国城乡控股集团的总部办公大楼、车谷总部经济“新地标”。
