证监会国际部于8月25日披露了关于ZEEKR Intelligent Technology Holding Limited（极氪智能科技控股有限公司，以下简称“极氪”）以及关于WeRide Inc.（文远知行公司，以下简称“文远知行”）境外发行上市备案通知书。
根据两个公司各自的备案通知书，极氪拟发行不超过926,074,300股普通股并在美国纽约证券交易所上市；文远知行拟发行不超过159,045,000股普通股并在纽约证券交易所或纳斯达克交易所上市。（IPO早知道）
