东莞控股8月10日公告，拟以不超过7.74亿元价格收购东莞市照洲投资有限公司（简称“照洲投资”）100%股权，以实现投资惠州惠东至东莞常平高速公路东莞段项目。照洲投资无实际业务，其持有东莞市新照投资有限公司（简称“新照公司”）35%股权，新照公司主要负责投资建设运营惠常高速公路东莞段。
