远大控股3月20日公告，公司的控股子公司远大石油化学有限公司（以下简称“远大油化”）拟出资500万美元在新加坡设立全资子公司 Grand Oil & Chemical (Singapore) Pte. Ltd（暂定名，以最终注册为准）。新设新加坡子公司将作为远大油化的主要国际业务平台。
